Have another color, design or idea in mind? I’m happy to discuss custom requests. Many products can be created with different artwork, names, messages or themes. Business logos and small-batch orders may also be available. Please contact me before ordering so we can make sure your idea will work with the selected product.

Each item is created or finished in small batches. Because many Dunedin Gifts products are handmade or individually decorated, slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Possibly! Available options depend on the product and materials currently in stock. Send me your idea, and I’ll let you know what can be created.

Can you add my business logo?

Logos can be added to many magnets, luggage tags, stickers, drinkware and other products. Small-quantity business and event orders are welcome. Please contact me with your logo, product choice and approximate quantity for details.

Do you offer bulk or event orders?

Yes. Custom products are available for businesses, vacation rentals, real estate gifts, weddings, reunions, clubs, fundraisers and special events. Pricing and preparation time depend on the product and quantity.

Can this item be included in a gift box?

Many products can be incorporated into a custom Dunedin gift box. Contact me if you would like help creating a coordinated package.

Can personalized items be returned?

Personalized and custom-made products generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or were made incorrectly. Please review all personalization carefully before submitting your order and see the return policy for complete details.
